Missing Artwork

Some copies from the second printing were distributed with missing artwork. Addison-Wesley has recalled the books with this problem, and will also replace any copies with this error. If you would like to see the pages with the missing images, you can download them. (The files are names pageNumber.pdf).

xviii	We mispelled Karl Wiegers name. It should be changed from Weigers to Wiegers
